Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aab99 ("aab99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aab99 online gaming platform available at https://aab99.pro (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and any promotional activity. Who May Use the aab99 Platform

Use of the aab99 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. aab99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. The eligibility requirements are:

To use the full suite of services on the aab99 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following provisions govern account registration and ongoing account management.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

aab99 supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following provisions govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed on the cashier page. aab99 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). aab99 does not accept or process any cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or funding your account using credit extended by a third party for gambling purposes, is prohibited.
• Inactive Account Policy: An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. aab99 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from the balance of inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy, details of which are available from customer support.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

aab99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where a specific bonus term conflicts with this general Terms and Conditions document, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

In addition to any bonus-specific terms, the following general bonus provisions apply across all aab99 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a wagering requirement has been fully satisfied in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• aab99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to an account but before the wagering requirement is completed, aab99 will remove both the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have all bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the account registration process in full and whose accounts are in good standing. Players under self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions are not eligible to receive or redeem any bonus or promotional offer.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped at a specified amount as stated in the individual bonus offer. Any winnings that exceed this cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime. aab99 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information, or providing forged documents during the KYC verification process.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or bonuses to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be void and must be returned.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward aab99 staff or other players through any communication channel provided on the Platform, including live chat and support messaging systems.

Scope of aab99's Legal Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aab99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if aab99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aab99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

aab99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised with aab99, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution process. aab99 will always endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
